When you wake up tomorrow morning, as your eyes flutter open, say "today I'm going to take a baby step and ride the dragon. Today the dragon is my slave, I'm going to be happy and healthy come hell or high water

If you keep your widow dressing closed all the time (regardless of your explanation) it may means you keep secrets you believe are key to keeping you safe and sound. You may have low self-esteem?
If you love bright air spaces and keep your windows open to get maximum light, you're an open book. You may take pride in doing what it takes to keep your true self open and clear by managing your healthy self esteem almost everyday of your life. This is not to say you don't have your dirty little secrets.
The way to live fabulously is be your self with your windows and your soul wide open and your truth in your heart.

Just beyond my view, just beyond time and space, there is a songbird who knows my name.
All throughout a day the songbird peaks out showing her face and singing her song of grace.
With haste I stand still and listen. In this song is the answers to my challenges which have alluded me.
These answers feel just out of reach, but now are solved,
because I stood still and listen to the songbird hymn from the mystery
just beyond time and space.
