You have a dragon. Are you ridding him or is he ridding you?

Each man, women, child and animal deals with the dragon sitting in their mind and soul. If your on the ugly side, the dragon is ridding you. If your on the winning side, you're riding the dragon. 

It could be an addition to cigarette's, food, nasty people, crack, depression, poverty, nasty little secrets and many other daily bummers. 



When you wake up tomorrow morning, as your eyes flutter open, say "today I'm going to take a baby step and ride the dragon. Today the dragon is my slave, I'm going to be happy and healthy come hell or high water
