10 minutes of sitting still will result in a day of fabulousness!

Grab an alarm clock, pillow & a quiet place to sit still for at least 10 minutes. Breath in on a count of four. Then exhale, also on the count of four. Keep your mind focused on the breath. On this lovely day, your results will be increased strength & serenity, increased ability to function & you'll find more peace and joy. Fabulous!
